The MastMinder power monitoring and contol system consists of:
- the MastMinder software platform, for desktop and mobile
- a site controller unit deployed at each monitored site
- sensors to measure metrics such as voltage, current, humidity, temperature, fuel level and more
Software
MastMinder desktop platform
The web-based MastMinder software platform controls site equipment, gathers and analyzes data from site controllers, and produces reports.
The design is the culmination of our extensive field experience.
Features
Control sites remotely
Monitor each site's events and take action from the NOC or your mobile phone. With our desktop and mobile apps, you can monitor fuel, energy source (grid power, generator, batteries) and environment ( for example temperature, humidity, security such as doors open and more), or make a call out, thereby pre-empting unnecessary site visits.
Simple and secure configuration
Restrict who has access to site information. Only an administrator can add users to the system or authorise a user's functionality.
Examples of retrictions include: who can see which sites (all or only some of the sites), who can perform activities and which ones, such as test starting a generator or remotely resetting a fault condition.
Automatic and manual reporting
Receive automatic and regular reports via email, or produce them on on demand for any site and any time-frame. Reports can be auto-emailed to any number of recepients.
Easy to use and install
We've designed our interface to be easy to use and navigate.
We provide a comprehensive step-by-step hardware installation manual, and remote support during installation. No previous experience or drilliing required.

Site Controller Unit
To monitor power and other metrics, we deploy a stand-alone intelligent unit at each site, which works with the MastMinder software platform.

Local control
The MastMinder monitoring system operates entirely within the customer's own environment, on a Windows server, or Virtual Machine.
Upon request, the central software can also Push SNMP Traps to existing SNMP management system.
Secure
The system uses standard Microsoft security and has been approved during vulnerability software controls by sensitive companies such as Telecom operators, Banks, and others.
Data loss prevention
To overcome network failure, the site controller unit stores data remotely for up to 1 week, and auto-downloads it upon network return. All data on SQL server database can be stored for an unlimited duration and is secured by regular backup.
