We provide on-site, in-country, training for all personnel involved in the project.
This may include new installation engineers unfamiliar with the product, customer site maintenance technicians and NOC (NMC) staff.
In the field, the installation and maintenance teams are further trained and supported whilst installing the first live sites.
Initial introduction and training is usually conducted on the customer premises and will include presentations to management and Network Operations staff.
Further to this, for the installation and maintenance engineers, there are practical sessions to build and test actual installation scenarios on the bench, before going to live sites.
Further support is always available either locally or remotely from UK, via Skype, TeamViewer, text, phone, email, etc.
